In a new initiative with industry body SNIA ANZ (Storage Networking Industry Association for Australia and New Zealand), Security 2008 will feature a dedicated Data Security Village (DSV). Supported by AISA (Australian Information Security Association), the DSV will showcase the latest developments on best standards and practices in the industry, with companies displaying products and services such as Encryption and Key Management, Authentication and Business Continuity. The seminar program at Security 2008 will also include industry specific free seminars, including a presentation from one of the foremost experts in Data Security, Eric Hibbard CISSP, CISA, ISSAP (Chair SNIA TWG, Vice Chair IEEE P1619).
