When it comes to Strategy she sits at the intersection of Business, Community, Policy and People and has worked with NGO’s, Educators, Businesses, Communities and Decision makers to bring about economic security and generational change.
Leading through action that innovates and disrupts old system thinking she integrates her 4 decades of experience in Finance, Business and her qualifications in Counselling and Human Change.
In the early 2000’s she helped establish one of Australia’s first Commercial “Securitization Funds” and has since set up several others with Billions under management, she has scaled businesses across the globe 100 x, imparting her life learnings and knowledge and equipping people to succeed where others have fallen short.
As the founder of Solutions2you Pty Ltd, a Female led Social Enterprise, Cathy works with ethics, integrity, and respect as she delivers strategic advice, financial acumen and conscious leadership in all of her projects. She has self- funded projects in Africa for the past 10 years, focusing on generational change, leadership, education and financial literacy whilst ensuring women and youth develop antifragile practices. She spent 3 weeks (of the 2 months) living with the Maasai during her first trip into Africa and then worked across Orphanages with Projects Abroad whilst also setting up Micro Finance Projects and also had the privilege later in trekking with Gorilla’s in Uganda.
Cathy has been sought after globally and invited to speak at private round table discussions, from the Chamber of Commerce Foundation in the USA, to Political figures in the United Kingdom and is part of the “Virgin Disruption for Good Community” spending time on Necker Island on this very focus. In 2024 she was the Keynote speaker at a private gathering of Family Offices during the Olympics addressing Conscious Leadership and the role it plays in reshaping a better tomorrow.
