Daniel Feldstein, President and Chief Executive Officer at Crestron, began his full-time career at the company in 1994 as a Software Engineer. An engineer at heart — like his father, founder George Feldstein — Dan has been immersed in Crestron’s culture of technological innovation for his entire career. Dan inherited the senior Feldstein’s love of invention and passion for emerging technologies.
Dan spent the first decade of his career at Crestron in research and development, where he played a role in designing many of the technologies Crestron still employs today. Since joining the firm after graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering, Dan has held numerous positions at Crestron, including Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Vice Chairman, and Chief Operating Officer. He’s also been intimately involved in Crestron’s ongoing growth, overseeing both the acquisition and construction of many of Crestron’s manufacturing and research facilities.
As the President and Chief Executive Officer, Dan is responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company. He’s been consistently focused on designing and implementing technology-driven business strategies, driving growth and expansion, and overseeing daily operations of the company and its employees. The central keys to Dan’s mission, however, are his ongoing commitments to nurturing a culture of cutting-edge innovation through teamwork and collaboration and ensuring that meeting the needs of Crestron’s customers are paramount.
