What is Security?

The Security Exhibition & Conference is the most established and respected trade event for the security industry in Australia, bringing together the full spectrum of suppliers, industry professionals and end users to connect and create profitable opportunities.

The Security Exhibition & Conference will be held in person at ICC Sydney from 2– 4 September 2026.

This is a scam and you should ignore them. Security operates under strict data privacy laws, and we do not share our visitor or any other internal data with unauthorised third parties.

Any communication you may receive offering you to rent/buy or download our visitor or exhibitor contacts is a scam and should be deleted. We are currently exploring legal avenues to shut down these practices.

Yes. Security runs alongside Integrate and Fire Security Expo at the ICC Sydney. With one pass, you can move freely between all three events

How can I attend the Security Exhibition & Conference? Is there an entrance fee?

The expo is free to attend.

The Security Exhibition & Conference is a strictly trade only event, welcoming professionals working in the security industry. Security is a business event, therefore we ask visitors not to bring anyone under the age of 15 to the show. Due to OH&S, prams, strollers and trolleys are strictly not permitted at the event. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance. We suggest you bring along a business card, invoice or company documentation along with personal identification such as a drivers licence or passport. Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have the appropriate student identity card.

The Security Exhibition & Conference is a business event, therefore we ask visitors not to bring anyone under the age of 15 to the show. Due to OH&S, prams, strollers and trolleys are strictly not permitted at the event. Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during move in and move out of the show.

If you are from overseas and planning to visit the Security Exhibition & Conference you will need to apply for a business visa. The passport which you hold will determine whether you can apply online, or if you need to lodge a paper-based application. Click here for more information.

Please note that the Organisers DO NOT provide visa invitation letters to international visitors.

Exhibitor

I'm an exhibitor, how do I get a visa?

Exhibitors who have a confirmed stand and have paid in full, please contact the Event Coordinator to arrange a Visa letter. Applications must be made in advance at least 8 weeks prior to the event.
