Andrew, or as he is commonly known in the Industry – “Higgsy”, has been practicing Microsoft Unified Communications for close to 20 years. Andrew specialises in Microsoft Calling and Meeting Room technologies and enabling the Asia and ANZ Partner ecosystem with Teams Rooms Sales and Technical capabilities. Andrew sits inside the Microsoft Teams Engineering team, standardising industry best practices for selling, deploying and managing the AI Powered Workplace.
