Pete Swanson

Pete began his career in the last millennium as an audio visual contractor in London, where he learned the importance of truly understanding client demands and finding practical, reliable ways of delivering on these. Since then, he’s worked as an internal client design team member at Goldman Sachs in London, a consultant (establishing WSP’s Australian Audio Visual / ICT team in the early 2000s), a technology vendor representative for AMX / Harman, and as part of Lendlease’s technology team. He rejoined the consulting sector with Mott MacDonald in 2021 with the aim of improving the briefing, definition and delivery of smart and integrated systems across the corporate, education, healthcare, government and public venues. He’s passionate about delivering sustainable outcomes as part of technology project success, including truly accounting for the carbon impact of systems and equipment.
