Trish Young is an experienced educator with over 16 years in teaching and training, now leading Pathways Programs at Kirra Services. She heads initiatives such as the Audio Visual (AV) Pathway, alongside ICT and cyber training programs, designed to create meaningful career opportunities.
At Kirra, Trish is focused on building inclusive pathways that support First Nations peoples and other marginalised communities, helping participants gain the skills, confidence, and industry connections needed to thrive in the digital economy. Her work reflects a strong commitment to education, equity, and sustainable workforce development.
